Dunav Apartment House - Sofia

This place offers an excellent stay in a residential area with a stunning location near the main boulevard, city center, safe neighborhood, and beautiful churches.

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Sofia, had much fun and met best staff from the night shift. We liked rooms with double bed. The location was magnificent and perfect, minutes away from a cathedral church. And the area was safe, so close to downtown or Lion's gate, the main boulevard, and Lion's Bridge.

Dunav is very near the centre of the city (near Nevsky's church) and is very comfortable as we had a studio apartment with a little kitchen and a living room. You can visit the city just by walking out the hotel because you're near all the main places to visit in Sofia.

This place offers great service and is a wonderful small place to stay at a great price.

THe location is good.Well maintained and the staff is freindly and willing to help.

The breakfast offered a good choice of good meals.

The location of the Apartment is perfect, being quiet near downtown, in a safe area with good restaurants.

The units here are tidy with a comfortable double bed, extra amenities like a sofa bed, coffee/tea maker, and a television are well-provided in the room.

Spacious deluxe apartment with a kitchenette, a large dining table, and two cozy bedrooms - great for families or groups! 🏠

This place is located near public transportation and many attractions, including the city's famous churches. We were unable to explore everything, but we would definitely return for another visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel for a month. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff were friendly, English speaking, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The newly refurbished apartments were lovely, and there were shops nearby for convenience. Can't recommend highly enough!

I had a pleasant stay at Cityresidence Aparthotel. The location was great, allowing me to easily walk to many scenic locations. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with lovely decorations. Despite some minor issues, such as a leaking showerhead and no reading lamps, overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The neighborhood may not be the cleanest, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. I especially appreciated the nearby bakery for a quick bite.

The place is brand-new with great service, a magnificent location close to Lion's Bridge and the city center, and the room is modern and incredible with a particularly good bathroom.
